Terms & Conditions (ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು )

By registering and applying on the Elevate Karnataka 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions set by the Government of Karnataka, Startup Cell.

ಎಲಿವೇಟ್ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ 2026ದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ನೀವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್ ಸೆಲ್ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ.

1. Eligibility (ಅರ್ಹತೆ)

• Startups applying to the ELEVATE Program can be based anywhere in Karnataka.
  ಎಲಿವೇಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್‌ಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಬಹುದು.
• Company turnover must not exceed INR 200 Crore in any financial year since incorporation.
  ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವಹಿವಾಟು ₹200 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೀರಿರಬಾರದು.
• The startup must be within 10 years from the date of incorporation at the time of application.
  ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್ 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಒಳಗಿರಬೇಕು.
• The startup must be an independent entity and not a subsidiary, spin-off, or internal division of an existing company.
  ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು; ಅದು ಯಾವುದೇ ಇರುವ ಕಂಪನಿಯ subsidiary, spin-off ಅಥವಾ internal division ಆಗಿರಬಾರದು.
• The startup must have a minimum team size of two individuals.
  ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಎರಡು ಸದಸ್ಯರ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
• The startup should not have been a beneficiary under the ELEVATE Grant-in-Aid scheme in the last 3 years at the time of application.
  ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲಿವೇಟ್ ಅನುದಾನ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯಾಗಿರಬಾರದು.
• The startup should be working towards innovation or improvement of existing products, services, or processes, and should have the potential to generate employment, create wealth, or create market opportunities.
  ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್ ನವೀನತೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು/ಸೇವೆಗಳು/ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯತ್ತ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ, ಸಂಪತ್ತು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಅಥವಾ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
• The terms and conditions of ownership must not be altered to the founder's advantage during the course of the project.
  ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವದ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬಾರದು.

2. Application Accuracy (ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಿಖರತೆ)

All information provided in the application must be accurate and truthful. Any false declaration will result in disqualification and may lead to legal action.
ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳು ಸರಿಯಾದವು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಜವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ತಪ್ಪು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅನರ್ಹತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಬಹುದು.

3. Document Submission (ದಾಖಲೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ)

All uploaded documents must be valid, current, and properly signed/notarized where required. Forged documents will lead to permanent disqualification.
ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಮಾನ್ಯ, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಹಿ/ನೋಟರೀಕರಿಸಲಾದವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ನಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಅನರ್ಹತೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.

4. Data Privacy (ಡೇಟಾ ಗೌಪ್ಯತೆ)

Your data is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your ELEVATE application. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ಎಲಿವೇಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ತೃತೀಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

5. Decision Authority (ನಿರ್ಣಯಾಧಿಕಾರ)

The selection committee's decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained regarding individual application outcomes.
ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂವಹನ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
