Terms & Conditions

By registering and applying on the Elevate Karnataka, you agree to the following terms and conditions set by the Government of Karnataka, Startup Cell.

1. Eligibility

Applicants must be registered entities in Karnataka with at least 50% workforce based in the state and annual revenue not exceeding ₹200 Crores.

2. Application Accuracy

All information provided in the application must be accurate and truthful. Any false declaration will result in disqualification and may lead to legal action.

3. Document Submission

All uploaded documents must be valid, current, and properly signed/notarized where required. Forged documents will lead to permanent disqualification.

4. Data Privacy

Your data is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your Elevate application. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Decision Authority

The selection committee's decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained regarding individual application outcomes.
